Secure transitions from HDPE to PVC pipe with optimal pull-out protection

Need a transition from your HDPE pipeline to a PVC pipe? Our HDPE to PVC Transition Fitting, manufactured by Reinert-Ritz Germany, provides the solution. The fitting features a long HDPE spigot end, compatible with both butt-fusion and electrofusion welding to the HDPE pipe. The PVC pipe spigot integrates smoothly into the socket body, achieving a secure seal through an EPDM lip seal. Additionally, we offer customized HDPE to PVC transition fittings to accommodate varying PVC pipe dimensions.

HDPE to Cast Iron Transition Fitting

Pull-resistant transitions from HDPE to Cast Iron

Looking for a transition from your HDPE pipeline to a cast iron pipe? Our HDPE to Cast Iron Transition Fittings, produced by Reinert-Ritz Germany, ensure a pull-resistant connection. The fitting features a long HDPE spigot, which is compatible with both butt-fusion and electrofusion welding to the HDPE pipe. The cast iron pipe spigot fits securely into the socket body, and is sealed tightly with an EPDM Tyton® lip seal. Additionally, the built-in thrust-resisting joint ensures a strong, pull-resistant fit.

HDPE to Steel Transition Fitting

Pull-resistant transitions from PE to steel pipe for welding

Looking for a secure transition from your HDPE pipe to a steel pipeline? With our pull resistant HDPE to Steel Transition Fitting made by Reinert-Ritz Germany we have the right solution for you. The transition fitting comes with a steel pipe end which has a factory prepared welding bevel in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9692–1 Type 22 standards following ISO 3138–1. Alternative this our HDPE to Steel transition fitting is available as well with a steel flange connection.

HDPE Fire Hydrant Connections

For Underground Fire Protection Piping

Our Reinert-Ritz HDPE Hydrant Connections are made of PE100 with a full flow volume and high tensile strength. Available in SDR 11 and SDR 17, the wall thickness is greater by 50% and 130% respectively compared to other commercially available products made of PE100. The flange version comes with a backing flange made of fiber-reinforced, corrosion-free plastic. All variants are available with a spigot or REINOGRIP push-fit coupler.

Quick Pig Pigging Station

Safe pigging from above ground

Our Quick-Pig Station is a cleaning and inspection opening for HDPE pressure pipes that can be safely operated from the top of the ground, saving you a walk-in shaft structure. Your employees can check, flush, suck and pig the pipeline safely. This significantly reduces operational hazards. Quick-Pig supports you in cost effective way to implement requirements of self monitoring ordinance while reducing life cycle costs (manhole rehabilitation).

HDPE Inspection Hatch

For Installation in Manholes

The main bodies of the inspection openings are made from homogeneously extruded hollow bar. Different versions according to the pressure requirements in the piping system are available. The inspection openings can be implemented in rectangular or round shapes. The cover plates of the inspection openings have a pig-friendly shape on the inside so that floating of the pig during cleaning is avoided, and the pigging process can be performed without interruption, which saves time and costs.

HDPE Fixed Point

Made of PE 100-RC

The robust fitting offers the possibility of fixing the freely lying pipeline and is designed to absorb increased axial forces. Fixing can enable the absorption of axial extension of the pipeline. Thus, piping systems can also be installed at places where there is no space for expansion bends.

HDPE Chamber Liner

Made of PE 100-RC

The Reinert-Ritz Chamber Liner is used for the watertight passage of the HDPE pipeline in chambers, manholes and building walls. It is concreted directly into the shaft wall. This can be done for a new construction or existing construction.

HDPE Puddle Flange

Pull Resistant for Pressing Water

Due to its construction, the Reinert-Ritz HDPE Puddle Flange offers not only tightness against pressing water but also a fixed-point function of the HDPE pipeline in the chamber wall. The long spigot ends are ideal for electrofusion welding, but of course can also be butt-fusion welded.

HDPE / PP Compensators

To Compensate Expansions in Plastic Pipes

The Reinert-Ritz compensators for absorbing axial movements in HDPE or PP piping systems are characterized by high tensile strength according to ISO 3501 and a plastic suitable design. They can also be retrofitted into a piping system by using our HP Flange connection. The sealing system consists of an EPDM lip seal in drinking water quality. An integrated clamp seat as a fixation for one side of the compensator enables the defined axial movement on only one side.

Dirt and Sand Trap

Corrosion Free made from HDPE

Our Reinert-Ritz Dirt/Sand-Traps are made from durable, corrosion-free materials. In addition to the standard screen basket with a mesh size of 0.5 mm, other mesh sizes are optionally available. The Dirt/Sand-Trap can be flushed during operation and sediment can be disposed via the 1″ threaded connection. The installation dimensions of the flanged version correspond to the usual dimensions of cast-iron strainers.

Corrosion Free HDPE / PP

You can avoid course contaminants in your filling or evacuation pipes (suction pipes) by using this corrosion-free polyethylene strainer. You can easily incorporate it into your pipe system via the PN 10 drilled fixed flange.

HDPE Union Fitting

Available in PE 100-RC and PPH

Due to their special design and the radially sealing EPDM O-ring, our heavy-duty Union Connections from Reinert-Ritz are pressure class-compliant and offer absolute tightness even at high pressures. All materials used are corrosion-resistant. The union nut can be operated manually. No tools are required for assembly or disassembly. This saves time and costs.

HDPE Insertion Tip

For for Coiled HDPE Pipes

House connections are usually made with HDPE pipes, which are delivered in coils. When these bended HDPE pipe is then to be inserted into a jacket pipe, it often bumps and gets stuck. You can avoid the problem with our elliptically shaped HDPE Insertion Tips. They are made of robust HDPE and of course reusable. This makes the insertion of coiled HDPE Pipes easy and saves you time and money.

HDPE Pulling Head

For safe Pulling-In of HDPE Pipes

Due to the special design of our pulling heads, the pulling forces are optimally transferred to the pipe. This ensures that the pipe is pulled in safely. Optionally, we offer tightly welded versions and drawing eyes for up to 500 kN axial force. For use with protective-jacket pipes, the pulling head can be adapted to the diameter of the protective-jacket pipe.
