HDPE Machined Fittings
BMC Gulf offers a wide range of Reinert-Ritz machined fittings made of HDPE (PE 100-RC), PP, PA and PB for various applications. HDPE machined fittings are used where fully pressure rated injection moulded fittings are not available or where tailor-made solutions are required. In particular for large diameter XXL PE 100 pressure piping systems, our pressure class conform machined HDPE Tees, Branches, Elbows, Bends and End-Caps are the perfect solution.

HDPE Equal Tee Fitting

Our PE100 (HDPE) Tee‑Pieces from Reinert-Ritz are characterized not only by their full pressure resistance, but also by a wide range of variants and flexibility in design. Unconventional pairings of access and exit can be realized. In addition to the traditional welding connection, the outlets can also be supplied with HP flanges and VP flanges.
HDPE Reduced Tee Fitting
up to OD 2,500 mm
Our Reduced Tee Pieces from Reinert-Ritz are characterized by their compact design. Instead of reducing from an equal T-piece with reducers to the required diameter, we reduce the outlet directly and, as usual, with full pressure resistance. This allows you to work in a space-saving manner and reduce costs.
Eccentric Reduced Tee
Made from HDPE PE 100-RC
A special variant of the reduced tee is that with a level invert branch. This enables complete emptying of the pipeline. Conformity with the pressure class is also ensured in this eccentric construction. Due to this compact design the space requirement is reduced and the cost minimized when compared to standard fittings.
HDPE Branch Fitting
With equal or reduced outlet
Our fully pressure resistant PE100 (HDPE) branches from Reinert-Ritz with 45° outlets enable a high level of flexibility when integrating into a pipe system. Direct reductions at the outlet are also available, making the fitting compact and lightweight. Branches with other angles are available on request.
HDPE Tee Piece Fitting
With threaded Connection
This special version of our pressure class-compatible tees enables a measuring device to be connected directly via an integrated pipe thread. Its compact dimensions mean the threaded connection is situated close to the pipeline. This reduces the space requirement and the installation costs.
45 degree HDPE Elbow
Up to OD 2,000 mm
The machined main body of our 45 degree HDPE Elbow is compact, flow-optimized and extended at both ends with pipe. Due to the compact dimensions, changes of direction are possible even in confined spaces. The manufacturing process ensures that the angle is maintained precisely and permanently, which makes assembly easier and minimizes the effort.
