Industrial Piping Systems
AGRUCHEM Industrial Piping Systems by AGRU offers industrial users a wide range of pipes, fittings, valves and special components for transporting highly corrosive media.
Thermoplastic materials such as PP (polypropylene), HDPE (polyethylene), PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) and ECTFE (Ethylene Chlorotrifluoroethylene) are ideal solutions. Their high chemical resistance and the wide temperature range are real advantages of these plastics and make our pipe systems a perfect choice for plant construction. The robust properties of plastic piping systems guarantee operational safety for many years, especially when conveying aggressive acids or alkalis.
The applications ranging from cooling water lines, pipelines in plant construction, process pressure lines for transporting aggressive media to pipelines for transporting contaminated waste water, exhaust and exhaust gas lines and pipe systems in apparatus and container construction.
Polypropylene Piping
Made of PPH, PPR or PPC
Polypropylene (PP) pipes and fittings are ideal for applications in pickling plants and the chemical industry, as chemicals are often used at high temperatures in these areas. AGRUCHEM polypropylene piping system can be used at temperatures up to 95 °C for process chemicals and waste, caustics, acids, and process water.
PVDF Piping
Highest Product Purity
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) pipes, fittings and valves for industrial piping requirements in the pH range from 1 to 8 and for temperatures up to 120 °C. Ideal for aggressive chemicals such as 93-96% sulfuric acid, high temperature liquid transfer and acids.

ECTFE Piping
Highest Performance
Halar® Ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE) pipes, fittings and valves for toughest application requirements with pH from 1 – 14 and temperatures ranging between -30 °C and +140 °C. Ideal for aggressive chemicals such as 98% sulfuric acid piping (H2SO4), 37% hydrochloric acid piping (HCL), hydrofluoric acid piping (HF), 50% sodium hydroxide piping (NaOH), solvents up to 120 °C, or strong oxidizing applications such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine gas, ozone, chlorine dioxide.
Double Containment Piping
POLY-FLO
The Poly-Flo double containment pipes and fittings include piping systems made of PE 100-RC or PP-R for the safe transport of hazardous media. They are assembled by simultaneous butt or cascade welding and both the service tube and the protection tube offer full pressure resistance. Other carrier pipes made of PVDF or ECTFE are available.
Compressed Air Piping
AGRUAIR PE 100 Blue
The AGRUAIR pipe system made of PE 100 blue is ideal for compressed air applications. Its HDPE pipes and fittings remain permanently corrosion-free, are resistant to compressor oils, stress cracks and impacts and can be used for temperatures between – 40° and + 60° Celsius.
ATEX Zone HDPE Piping
Electrically Conductive PE 100-el
The AGRUCHEM pipe system made of PE 100-el is ideal for applications in ATEX protected zones. Its HDPE pipes and fittings are electrically conductive with a surface resistance of ≤ 106 Ω. This system provides the same pressure resistance like standard AGRU PE 100 piping systems.
