BMC Gulf offers a wide range of Reinert-Ritz HDPE stub flanges with backing rings for various applications. Our products include loose stub flanges for low-pressure applications, pressure-class compliant HP Flanges for applications up to 25 bar, and specialized VP-Flanges designed for the transition from HDPE to steel or cast iron. All Reinert-Ritz flanges are made in Germany and machined from horizontally extruded, void-free PE 100-RC hollow bars. This HDPE stub flange with backing ring features a fully pressure-class conform connection with 50% more contact surface than traditional flanges, ensuring a tight and safe seal up to 25 bars. The patented special construction between the HDPE stub-end and backing ring provides superior operational safety.

The VP Flange from Reinert-Ritz is the perfect solution for connecting HDPE pipes to steel or cast-iron valves while maintaining the nominal diameter. This HDPE stub flange with backing ring improves flow characteristics, reduces deposits and makes pigging operations possible. Most important, the use of smaller sized butterfly valves reduces the project more cost. Fully pressure-class conform. Made in Germany.

Reinert-Ritz HP flange is featured on the loose side for maximum reliability while the fixed side comes with our own special VP flange that offers superior connection and sealing properties. An additional benefit of QUICK-TWIST is its ability to be operated in an instant – its adjustable rotating mechanism lets you adjust it to your desired length with ease, after which it’s just a matter of screwing it on in the typical fashion. The time savings compared to a standard dismantling joint is more than 50 % of the usual time.

The QUICK-TWIST Dismantling Joint for HDPE pipe is designed to meet your individual needs with its light and corrosion-resistant features. The Flange to Spigot-End version enables the welding via butt-fusion or electrofusion of the dismantling joint to an HDPE pipe on the fixed side. For maximum reliability, Reinert-Ritz HP flange is used on the loose side. The rotating mechanism helps make operation effortless, as you can rotate it to achieve the desired length. Using this product has been proven to save over 50% of the time that would have been used in comparison to standard dismantling joints.
