Our HDPE welding team is comprised of engineers and welding personnel that are annually trained and certified in accordance to the standards of DVS and DVGW in line with EN13067.

All our welding supervisors are holders of a valid GW331 Welding Supervisor License in accordance with the standard of the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW). The supervisor licenses are renewed every two (2) years by attending a re-examination course.

All our welding technicians are holders of a valid GW330 Welder License in accordance with the standard of the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) . The welder licenses are annually renewed by attending a re-examination course.
HDPE Pipe Welding Machines
Our butt-fusion and electrofusion HDPE pipe welding machines are regularly calibrated and meet the stringent requirements of DVS 2208.
We maintain a large fleet of HDPE pipe welding machines, from semi-automatic to CNC fully automatic, made in Germany. All our butt-fusion and electrofusion machines are regularly calibrated and meet the stringent requirements of DVS 2208. This is an important working basis for us to ensure a professional fusion joint quality. We also have special butt-fusion welding machines for welding HDPE pipes vertically up to an outside diameter of OD 2000 mm. So whatever your HDPE pipe installation needs, we have the right machine for the job.
