Concrete Canvas ® is a flexible, concrete-filled geosynthetic that provides a thin and durable concrete layer when hydrated. It is typically 10 times faster to install than conventional concrete solutions, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. From Channel Lining, Slope Protection, Erosion Control and Bund Lining to Weed Control in petrochemical plants.

Concrete Canvas ®

CC features a 3D fibre structure embedded with a specific dry cement mix. Backed with a PVC lining, CC ensures total waterproof capabilities. It can be hydrated through spraying or full immersion in both fresh and saltwater. Once cured, the fibres strengthen the cement mix, reducing crack propagation and offering a safe plastic failure mode. As a result, CC presents a thin, durable, waterproof, and eco-friendlier alternative to conventional concrete.

CC comes in three variations: CCT1™, CCT2TM, and CCT3™. Notably, CCT2™ achieves over 60% CO2e savings when compared to traditional concrete methods for erosion control in the UK.

Introducing CCX™

CCX™ features two integrated layers of geotextile that encase a specialized dry concrete mix, complemented with an LLDPE geomembrane for superior impermeability. Designed for efficient roll-out, CCX™ is a game-changer in canal lining and remediation. It can be hydrated through spraying or immersion. Beneficial for channels like irrigation canals, CCX™ increases operational life and decreases water losses. Choose from CCX-MAT™ (CCX-M™) for erosion control or CCX-BARRIER™ (CCX-B™) for containment applications. All CCX™ products meet and surpass ASTM D8364 standards.

Introducing CC Hydro

CC Hydro™ (CCH) integrates the geotextile technology of Concrete Canvas® with concrete and an impermeable, chemical-resistant geomembrane liner. This liner features a hi-visibility welding strip, enabling thermal welding using a dual or triple-track air channel for on-site evaluations. The product was specifically designed for use in the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas industries.

CCH is available in two thicknesses: CCHT1™ at 6mm and CCHT2™ at 8mm.
