Slope Correctors, sit under bottom pedestal, avoids all impacts from drain slopes. 1% and 2% alternatives are available.

Made of EPDM material, orthopedic floor pad helps to absorb all impact vibrations caused by bumpy luster surfaces. There are auxiliary rings designed to be locked on pedestals and slope correctors.

This application needs using of shims and four alternatives. According to pavement plan, multiple angle occupation is doable.

Fixed joint strips have alternatives of 3, 5, 7 and 9mm. This products can be sit on square formed holes and become stable. It is better to use them on perfect measured with a set square paveing products.

Joint strips have a selection of 2, 4, 6 and 8mm thickness alternatives and it is 360 degrees turnable. Besides these products (16mm of height standard), there is also a 38mm height and 4mm thickness alternative is available.

Conical form joint strips are used for covering products that have angle on side lines. It is used for protecting lap joints.

Plus shape formed joint strips can be sit in the middle of pedestal and have 4mms thickness. This module can be divided in four different pieces that makes easier to use them on though surfaces. Application can be speeded up with this module.

Accuracy gasket, made from EPDM, has 1mm and 2mm thickness alternatives and made for avoiding calibration problems of tile pavements. It is placed between coating and plates which helps to absorb vibration. It is recommended to use with every plate modules. They can be divided in 4 smaller pieces.

Four different alternatives are available for Carcass Assembly Equipment and this system is a must use for a better quality and durability of various pavement types. With this system plate modules are stable under carcasses. Finally, after every adjustment is done, coating is started easier and more durable.

Firstly, regarding to anticipated distance in terms of reference, Carcass Assembly Equipment is assembled on carcass with auxiliary screws. Secondly, it is put on the center of pedestal with carcass (Push-on system). It is possible to use all measurements of carcass for this system, even 1 cm!

This type of carcass assembly equipment is put every point on pedestal except central point. It should be sitting face to face. It is also can turn 360 degrees. Gaps from side walls make enough space for screws. From 1 cm to 10 cm of carcass can be fitted on this type of equipment.

X formed Carcass Assembly Equipment does sit on top and central of the pedestal. Then carcass is put towards the gaps existed from product side walls. If desired, screws can be applied where gaps occur. Either 40 mm or 50 mm carcass can be fitted on X formed system.

Carcass Assembly Equipment is sit on the center hole of Pedestal. This system should support only profiles that are fit with its physical form. After this process, carcass is pushed towards gaps which are existing from product’s side walls. Technical drawings should be requested before construction for correct and healthy usage.
